QHHT
What is QHHT? The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a hypnotic form of past life regression developed by Dolores Cannon. It is a safe and effective method that bypasses the chatter of the mind to retrieve important information under a somnambulistic state. This technique is highly effective in healing the body, removing karmas and traumas, and discovering answers to personal mysteries.
What to expect: The first 2+ hours consist of an interview/consultation. Eileah will get to know you and spend time with you as she listens to your concerns and what you would like out of the session. It’s recommended to come with questions or things you want accomplished from the session. The next 1-2 hours will be spent with her putting you in a state of deep theta-wave hypnosis. She will perform a past life regression on you and help you contact your higher self. The remaining time will be spent debriefing and further instructing you on a self-sufficient journey.
Session Length: 4-6 hours.

Exploratory Hypnosis
What is Novahna exploratory hypnosis? It’s the fun lighthearted use of hypnosis. This method of hypnosis is aimed at just having fun or being inspired or entertained. Eileah will put you in a theta-wave hypnotic state where you can get in touch with the creative and exploratory part of the mind. We don’t know what you will uncover, but it will mimic a dream state where you go on an adventure. Perhaps you will travel to outer space, or under the deep ocean waters. Wherever your mind takes you, it will be fun to learn about your own inner self on a different level.
Session Length: 1-2 hours

Autogenic Training
What is Novahna autogenic training? Eileah will help you learn how to lightly hypnotize yourself and get in contact with self-guides or spirit-guides that can help you accomplish a variety of different things. She will put you in a state of light hypnosis that engages your creative side as well as helping you tune into awareness of your body. This is very effective at healing, and with practice you will start defaulting to a powerful mind-over-matter mentality which is much healthier, cheaper and effective than other means. You will also learn how to explore the mind similar to our offered exploratory hypnosis. You will be able to use the tools she gives you to do this whenever you want. No need to book that trip to the Caribbean or regret not becoming an astronaut when you can go on a journey within with autogenic training!
Session Length: Approximately 1 hour

Location: In person is preferred, but virtual and phone sessions are accepted due to not being put under deep hypnosis.
